Ingredients for 4 persons
- 150g Dr. Karg crispbread Organic Spelt Muesli
- 500g Mascarpone
- 1 carton whipping cream
- 1 cup Espresso
- 2 tablespoons Amaretto
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 30g cocoa
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Preparation
- Whip cream, add Mascarpone and mix everything, add sugar and 1 tablespoon maple syrup.
- Mix the Espresso with Amaretto and orange juice, put everything in a huge flat bowl and dip the crispbread slices (approximately for 2 minutes).
- Put the crème and the crispbread slices in 2 layers in a rectangular dish of roughly 8cm height.
- Spread each crispbread layer additionally with maple syrup. Cover everything with cocoa before serving.
- Special serving suggestion: If you are into fruits, simply add some puréed fruits (e.g. peaches) to the Mascarpone cream.
- Serving suggestion: Garnish a piece of Tiramisu with fresh fruits, e.g. a cape gooseberry or orange slices. Enjoy your meal!
