Ingredients for 4 persons

  • 150g Dr. Karg crispbread Organic Spelt Muesli
  • 500g Mascarpone
  • 1 carton whipping cream
  • 1 cup Espresso
  • 2 tablespoons Amaretto
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 30g cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Preparation

  • Whip cream, add Mascarpone and mix everything, add sugar and 1 tablespoon maple syrup.
  • Mix the Espresso with Amaretto and orange juice, put everything in a huge flat bowl and dip the crispbread slices (approximately for 2 minutes).
  • Put the crème and the crispbread slices in 2 layers in a rectangular dish of roughly 8cm height.
  • Spread each crispbread layer additionally with maple syrup. Cover everything with cocoa before serving.
  • Special serving suggestion: If you are into fruits, simply add some puréed fruits (e.g. peaches) to the Mascarpone cream.
  • Serving suggestion: Garnish a piece of Tiramisu with fresh fruits, e.g. a cape gooseberry or orange slices. Enjoy your meal!
